Connect Stripe and accept payments

seshn uses Stripe Connect to handle payments. Connect your Stripe account once and you can charge for memberships, drop-ins, and anything else you sell.

Before you start

You'll need: your business legal name and EIN (or SSN for sole props), a bank account for payouts, and the email you want associated with Stripe. Onboarding takes about five minutes.

Connect your Stripe account

From Settings › Payments, start the Stripe Connect flow. You'll be sent to Stripe to verify your business, then returned to seshn.

Set prices for your sessions

Per-session pricing, package pricing (10-class card), and unlimited memberships. How prices appear to members at checkout.

Subscriptions vs. drop-ins

When to use which, how members switch between them, and what happens to active subscriptions when you change a price.

Refunds and credits

How to issue a refund, what shows up in Stripe, and when to issue a credit instead. Cancellation policies that auto-credit are configured on the schedule page.

Payouts

When money arrives in your bank account, how to change the payout schedule, and how to read the Stripe statement.
