Receipts and how charges appear
Every payment you make through seshn generates a receipt. Here's where to find them and what to expect on your statement.

Where receipts live
In the app under Profile › Payments, and emailed to you at the address on your account.
How charges appear on your statement
Charges show up under your gym's name (the statement descriptor your gym configured), not as "seshn." If you see a charge you don't recognize, the gym name is the first place to look.
Disputing a charge
Message your gym directly first — most billing questions are faster to resolve there. If that doesn't work, you can dispute through your card issuer; we'll cooperate with their investigation.
Update your payment method
From Profile › Payments, add a new card and remove the old one. Active subscriptions automatically use your default card.
